How many times have you read this in advertisements? So many people, so many scams. But when I stumbled on this legitimate 21 year old, international business, never before offered on the internet, as an opportunity to operate from your home, I was stunned.

Like you mention, you need to separate yourself from the competition. I would market the fact that you are small and "quiet" to start with. Large resorts have some benefits but you can do it. A pick up at that airport is needed as well.

There are some schools that offer a Hospitality Major. Cornell, Michigan State and UNLV have the best programs.
Other than that, you could major in nearly any field of business — though marketing and management might be the best fits.

It must convert the “how” into defined processes, which must be able to have their performance measured, and the results used to make subsequent improvements. A lot of European countries have resorts in the Philippines for the people in those countries that want to travel there. It is a lot more convenient for someone from Germany to book a trip to the Philippines through their local tour agency and be met in the Philippines with people who speak their own language. Plus, it is somewhat cheap to fly there and it hot vacation spot for a lot of Europeans.

There are many channels you can use depending on your budget and target market:
1. Tour operator and travel agent
You should be able to group them because each focuses on different country. Then you can distribute your rate and room supply. Some focus on group and other individual traveller.
2. Join hotel marketing company, or buy some franchise of special group, i.e Leading Hotels of the world, Rosewood Hotels and Resort.
3. Advertise it on travel magazine and other medias such as TV and radio.
4. Internet Marketing.
Fix your website, do Search Engine Optimise on website, actively join forums or blogs wtc
5. HIRE marketing expert!!!!

Well I suppose you'll have to get involved with your target groups – obviously if this is going to be a place for Native Americans you should talk to as many of them as possible who are in a position to be investing in businesses. Contact local groups in cities around the country and test the waters, go and talk to some that are close to you and see if people are firstly interested in your idea as consumers and then see who will be willing to make an investment with you but you'll need lots of plans and figures ready to show them to make them feel their venture will be successful and they wont be losing money.
